But ever since I Got with Jesse and State farm , I look forward to calling on the 23 of the month like a collect call! She is so sweet and extremely transparent. She helped me go from a 799.99$ some payment to half that,,,,,,and every single time I call, she freaking almost has my info ready to go! I don’t have to wait on hold, or talk to a bunch of automated machines, or dial tones. One “boop” and There she goes! If I could give her a 9/5 stars I would! A 9 you ask? That’s because WHO WANTS TO PAY CAR INSURANCE!"

When I called them they said because I am no longer qualified for specific discount, when I said to them we you didn’t call me before you increase the bill, they said because they don’t until they have the bill. And the one I was talking to is the manager and she said she can’t do anything and I just have to pay this pill which is the double and she hanged up the phone while I was talking tool her ."
